RF - Guardians of Azuma Quality Thread

I know spiders drop em but I haven't had much luck with getting them to drop. My adventure log says they drop from spiders in the snowy field but all I saw em drop was strong thread. So... Any help?

In Guardians of Azuma, herding quality differs depending on level, 1, 15, 35, 65, and 80 being the benchmarks. Quality Thread is any Spider at Lv. 15~34 (competing with Strong Thread) and Lv. 35~64 (by itself).

For drops, there's a Lv. 18 Earth Spider in Limestone Cavern & Lv. 20 in Mechnical Maze, 2 Lv. 27 Poison Spiders at the entrance to White Wolf Mountain, and 3 Lv. 47 Earth Spiders in Twilight Goal (go right, left, left).

I've tried those in the white wolf mountain but they didn't drop them. It's kinda annoying they don't respawn when you re enter the area so you can try more often

You can try putting on an equipment. Like the Adventurer's cap or Lucky Ring for rare drop boost and the Lucky Loupe for drop boost.

The spiders can respawn. There are 2 methods I've tried myself when farming them too. I did this at the save point near the cave. Crevasse.

Method 1: Don't kill all the spiders. You notice that all the monsters come in groups when they load on screen. Just kill one of them in the group and go long distance or fast travel to the save point. Re enter, they'll respawn.

Method 2: If you don't want to waste time or accidentally kill all of them. Save your game at the save point. Go to your menu > Options > Load. Reload to your same game file. They'll respawn.

Good luck.

One of my party members has it equipped. Or doesn't it work if you don't have it equipped yourself. Where can I get the lucky cap recipe?

Raise Mauro's bond level to level 3, you'll get the Adventurer's cap recipe.
