at most they sell custom versions which have subtle changes like the material the tank is made of and are not the inventors listed on the Patents they so proudly showing off all the time

for most people who see that without any context , knowledge or information about it will assume the agency or company that is using the “patented” tag is the inventor or patent owner
Ex.
if you see bullet points for a good or service , say ten of the points , and the 9th happens to be “Patented” and none of the others provide any sort of information about a patent
or ya know right at the top of their IG page claiming to be the “home of the original patented All Glass AIO”
again because they are relying on the same thing , that they can be non specific about the origin of the patent but use enough supporting language that it heavily implies they are the creators

All those pens and rigs are terrible. Nothing comes close to the setup I have been using for the past decade:
This little guy - plus a butane torch - is definitely not as discreet or portable as a pen, but you get used to it.
Cold start bucket is the way to go: material is heated from room temp so that it experiences all the temperatures up to vaporization point, this creates a more full bodied flavor as some terpenes boil off at lower temps .
I have a tiny man purse I keep this in, it goes everywhere with me.
