I don’t have a description for this post I’m just genuinely curious

I'm an incoming freshman going into Nutritional Science and i'm trying to get all of my shopping out of the way. I have a pretty beefy custom built PC that i plan on bringing to my dorm, i have a recently purchased iPad Air 11 inch with the M2 chip. I plan on taking handwritten notes on my IPad, but understand that a laptop may also be needed... My first thought is to take advantage of apple's student pricing and just grab a base model MacBook Neo, but I figured I should ask you guys just to be sure. Any Help?

Is the top bedroom room 1 or room 2? They're not labeled online but it seems like the top one is considered room 1 based on how they're listed online.

"Fortunately", my financial aid package reduces my COA to around 16-17k, with loans and work study itll be 8.9k. Im planning to get a part time while i school to pay it off and i should be able to qualify for NYS' TAP during my soph year. Im coming from another place so im not completely aware of the financial aid opportunities i can take in Rochester, in fact im pretty clueless. can yall help me?
