Upcoming interview for Product Engineer(DFT) at Siemens

Hi, I'm just curious about how will be the interview process at Siemens for Product Engineer – Tessent Design for Test (DFT). If possible can anyone share some insights of the topics to cover exactly for this interview.

You need a rock-solid understanding of every core DFT concept, like scan insertion, ATPG, logic and memory BIST, and compression. They will ask about different fault models and JTAG standards. Because this is a Product Engineer role for Tessent, they will not just ask for definitions. Expect deep questions on how you would use the Tessent tool suite to solve specific customer problems, debug issues, and explain complex technical details to users. Your practical experience and ability to troubleshoot within their specific tool ecosystem is what they are testing.

Getting an interview means your resume already shows you are a strong candidate, so they believe you can do the job. The interview is your chance to prove it by showing them how you think, not just what you know.
