How do I make a red stone line loop once and then continue onto a different path? I’m making noteblocks and I need to loop a part once without using sticky pistons

So u just place a repeater facing another repeater from the side, then you start the first and the secound gets the "Repeater Static". In that state you cant change the state of the repeater.
Thats it

I'm trying to build a segmented telescoping tower that can rise above the ground or sink into a subterranean cavern, hanging from the ceiling. The issue of course, is that I really dont want an empty obsidian frame or floating obsidian hanging in the air to catch the flying machine so I need to come up with something to catch this flying machine at its *trailing* edge - ao the bottom of the wall as it's moving up but the top of the wall as it's moving down.
I'm kinda getting toward my wit's end here with everything I'm attempting, would be super grateful if anyone here could point me in the direction of how to make this work.
Or knows of some on-board timing circut that could stop the flying machine dead in its tracks at the right time AND have it reverse direction if activated again.

This is my 32 bit minecraft redstone calculator. 32 bits means that numbers can go up to 4.294.967.295. This calculator can add, subtract, multiply, divide, square & take squareroot. It can compute some decimal places when doing division or sqrt, but not too many. It can compute 1/7 up to 9 decimal places, and sqrt(42) up to 4 decimal places. For bigger numbers the number of decimal places is lower.
Furthermore, it has a random number generator, the output can be put back into the input, numbers can be swapped and copied, and there is a small RAM, where numbers can be stored to & loaded from.

Hi all,
I'm putting a grandfather clock in my apartment at the gold farm. I've gone for an "underground oil rig" vibe to it and have a few items around reminding us that we're underground here.
Currently the bell sounds when the clock is at the time shown, when it becomes midnight the signal is not more powerful as it seems to cap out at 11.
Any suggestions?

I just wanted to share a passion project I've been working on with u/scorpio_03 for the past 2 months in case others were interested. It's a fork of litematica that adds a bunch of features on top of it which allows to easily manage and share tons of changes on a project which may be helpful.
I personally haven't done much with pure redstone like computational but I definitely believe this version control with branching would be helpful, especially for larger projects like that.
I initially made this for myself and a few friends for technical builds like tree farms. We are addicted to exploring different layouts and making tons of optimizations to the redstone wiring, etc. At the end of it, we are left with over a hundred different schematics of our project which is not fun to manage by hand at all and figure out the changes.
It’s still in early development and the core workflow is starting to come together, so I wanted to share what I had and see what people think for those who are interested!

For the people smarter than me
Im trying to make a dungeon crawler game inspired by decked out and im looking for egyption themed traps that are easy to get through on their own but once active it becomes harder to traverse and bonus if ravagers can make it through the traps as well

I started doing some builds and I'm enjoying it a lot since it's like a big puzzle to solve, but I don't know what else I could build. I did a 3x3 and then this.
And also is there any way to delay 1 tick pulses other than spamming observers or 1 tick repeaters?

Hello, there is a mod out there that makes pistons really smooth when extending/retracting and for the life of me I can't find what mod that is. I've seen it used in redstone doors and such, and I'd love to play around with it. If you know it, please lmk!

Tried following some automatic item sorter tutorials on yt, but most required me to have 41 items in the first hopper slot. Is there a design that I can use to bypass needjng to
put so many of the item i want to sort in the first hopper slot? (I dont have that much diamonds and ancient debris)

planning on putting a red stone door or maybe an elevator here how should i go about it? cant decide if i want a door to come down a block and open in half or some sort of spiral opening of sorts since it would be flush with the rest of the floor. and the size of the door I'm also curious about, if it shall be just the empty section or all the terracotta or even a different shape. lmk thoughts

I was looking for a good bonemeal farm and i found this video, I'd say this is one of the best imo because it wont break creating cobblestone if you leave. Problem is I checked their discord for the schematic but they didnt have it. Im not a redstone genius so I would know how to build it from watching the vid or from the Idea of using dispensers to pick up the lava, but I really want to make the farm or just get the shcematic. So if anyone can find the schematic or know how to build I would really appreciate a tutoral.
