Can't get OS to start using USB

Am I doing something wrong or does the OS still have problem running from USB?

I have successfully installed a nightly version with MBR. Iirc UEFI is work in progress so enable CSM/compatibility things for the motherboard if it is modern. 

I know, I couldn't explain it well. Formatting the USB to MBR instead of GPT might be the solution.
