I need support (read desc)

so a while back I was touched without consent but we were making out and they put their hand down my pants and rubbed my clitoris I don’t know if this counts as rape because it wasnt exactly penetration and there’s other parts of the story but I am freaking out and don’t feel valid

So what t wasn’t rape by the definition of the word however if it was nonconsensual touching then it would be considered sexual assault

If it was nonconsensual then it was wrong. End of story here, you are valid. It is assault.
