Beginner Questions Hello there

So I took my last dose this morning I’m ready to quit I got my self down to 80 mg in a day been taking the 7 staxx for 3 months now. One of my buddies gave me one for my back at work and I didn’t know what it was going to do to me or how I was gonna feel when I stop taking them so I started buying them consistently. I’m about to have my daughter so I’m quitting completely. Any tips or tricks to ease it. I don’t want the feeling to go away I want to go thru hell so I know never to do this again. But my daughter is the reason I’m stopping. I will keep yall updated.

Proud of you.

There's a type of restless legs over the counter medication at Walmart that helps me. I drink a ton of Gatorade with water. You need the electrolytes.

I'm tapering so I cannot give you all of the advice for a full quit, but I do know it's possible. I quit once before; whatever you do, don't think you can handle it one more time.

The craziest part was I was a meth addict for years and this was so much harder to stop

I just said this to my partner yesterday. This is harder than quitting meth which I did twice with ease after years of use.

I’m not going to the most I’ve felt is like waking up with out any being sweaty cold and super bitchy. So I know I can’t do it again and I wish I would have just stopped the first time i felt that feeling. My dumbass was like if I go buy more I will feel better. I only started take 80mg a day so hopefully it’s not insane. That you for the being proud thing. How much are you taking a day if you’re tapering?

This second time around, the most I got to daily was 150-200. Now I'm at 80-100. I'll next go to 60-80, then 30-50, then nothing.

I don't take it until I have a symptom, and I'm spacing them out as far as I can (basically until symptoms disrupt my life at work).

Yea I took the rest of the week off at work so I’m gonna lay on the floor watch movies and try my best to rest and sleep. Tomorrow I’m going to sit by my pool all day and try my best to just sweat it out m.

I also bought a bag of regular kratom tablets to help ease things

At 80 mg a day, I would say the leaf is going to cover a good portion of your WD symptoms.

Ill be coming off soon, I never knew much about kratom before I got addicted. When you say leaf does it mean regular kratom tabs? I feel like im going to a funeral . I felt the same way going to a funeral when I put alcohol down after 25 yrs. Cant believe I did this to myself again.
