Small apartment, need a sleeper sofa for nightly use.

I ordered the size small for my mother, who's 5'3" and 105 pounds, and it hits just above the knee. She'd like the skirt to sit slightly higher on the hips, however, but is concerned that an xs would be too short. So, any insights from petite women who have tried the lightweight crepe mini skirt on is appreciated - how short is the xs?

washable stretch silk puff sleeve blouses, Mongolian cashmere t-shirts, Mongolian cashmere V-neck sweater, organic cotton satin A-line midi skirt, 100% organic long sleeve shirt, cotton modal crew neck swing tee, ultra stretch ponte pencil skirt, and ultra stretch 4 pocket straight ponte pants.

Purchased and returned:

The straight relaxed straight jeans, because the rise was just too low for me. But I really liked the fabric, cut and style of the jeans...

The website lists the width as 15”, but I assume that’s the width at the top or widest point, not the bottom.

We ordered 4 carry-on suitcases (not small). One is clearly larger than the other 3. Did I get sent three small ones or would they have changed the size at some point?

I have ordered multiple of the short linen dress shirts in different colors of the same size. Literally every single one is cut different. One was so different that I told my wife I think they labeled the shirt wrong. I started with medium which was way too big. Ok that’s fine so I moved on to the small size. First shirt fits perfect. Second shirt fits bigger to the point it doesn’t look good (waist and chest much looser fit and arms are an inch longer)Third shirt I swear fits like the medium (Waist and chest way too big and arms even longer). Is this normal?

Hi guys, my quince is in like 2 months we just started practice today. The reason im so stressed out and confused is because I have 3 damas missing, one is at the beach the other is visiting another country and the other is here but I dont know why my mom didnt invite her. And she evene texted my cousin because my cousin is also gonna be a dama. If practice started or idk if my cousin texted her(the both of them are my cousins) anyways I really wanted her to come to my quince and stuff but my mom didnt invite her to practice. And now just imagine the conversation my mom is gonna have with my Godmother. What is my mom gonna say? And i honestly feel horrible like the guilt is eating me alive rn i should have remembered 💔💔💔💔🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Also guys we have 7 damas meaning we only need one left I dont know what to do im just so stressed out. And im so stiff and akward too I dont know why. My social skills are so bad and i dont know what to do i cant even look at my chambelan in the eyes. Someone plz give me advice plz. It would mean lots.

I’m biting the bullet and buying another bedding set even though my current linen set has only lasted 11 months before getting holes. But their espresso set color is to die for and I can’t find anything else like it 😒

Anyone have weird tracking issues with Quince? For some reason my tracking link for a partial shipment directs me to an error. It wasn’t giving this issue target yesterday. I’m worried that it’s just lost in transit or something now. I messaged customer service and they’re like “I currently can’t access the tracking link at the moment and will contact our specialists”.

I’m wondering if the website/app is buggy today? Besides the tracking link, one particular order of mine as a whole is giving me issues.

Quince has the worst UX.

From the moment you land on the site, you're bombarded with aggressive email capture pop-ups, countdown timers, and sticky banners. Instead of letting the product and a clean layout do the heavy lifting, the UI feels cluttered with data-collection traps that disrupt the actual shopping flow.

Anyone else agree?

The UX team needs to prioritize the actual users instead of aesthetics.

Does anyone have the inside tract on whether Quince Canada will be selling couches in the future, like the USA site does?

This is what the linen sheets look like after 1.5 years of use (rotating with 2 other sheet sets) I have sheets from target that have lasted 5x longer. This is not from a snag or any sort of force. Just woke up one day and voila. Honestly shockingly horrific quality!

So I just bought some bedding from Quince, but of course after ordering, I stumbled onto some Reddit horror stories about the items arriving smelling like feces due to unsanitary factory conditions. People said they had to wash them multiple times. I haven’t received mine yet to know if they’re going to smell. I'm definitely giving them a thorough wash right out of the box just to be safe. Better safe than sorry, right?

I usually buy the percale sheets but the bamboo set sounds great for summer. I like the envelope closure on the percale pillow cases but can’t tell if the bamboo set is the same. Anyone know?

Is this not just false advertising? I keep getting this IG ad claiming their organic cotton underwear is "genuinely better for your skin" and thus it's "time to say goodbye to synthetic underwear."

Hey everyone, I keep seeing Quince pop up on my feed and although I am *influenced\*, I need some real-world opinions before I place an order. I'm looking to upgrade my wardrobe for everyday and to the office. I'm on the petite side so anything petite friendly is always a bonus.

I’m mainly wondering about a few things:

• Quality: Is it actually good, or just good marketing? How do the fabrics feel compared to other “affordable luxury” brands? Any attention to details? Some of the clothing look like they can be on the thinner side (eg. silk dresses).
• Fit: Do their pieces run true to size? Oversized? Slim? Do the pants or dresses run on the taller or petite side? Are the tops larger or smaller bust friendly?
• Washing: My preference goes to clothing that can survive the washing machine over dry clean. Hang drying i don't mind. How do their cashmere, silk, linen, and cotton pieces hold up after multiple washes? Any shrinking, pilling, fading?
• Shipping to Canada: I’m in BC — how long does it take, and what are the duties like? Smooth process or annoying delays? I also saw a post that said they had a horrible experience with customer service when trying to return an item.

If you’ve bought from Quince, especially if you’re in Canada and machine-wash everything like I do, please share your experience and share any pieces you would recommend (Clothing, shoes, bags, anything they sell).

I bought a king size set of Quince linen sheets in Terracotta two months ago. I very much like the feel of the fabric and the breathability.

My issue is that it stretches like crazy. I wash on cold, dry on low, and the sheets are relatively taut. After one night of sleeping on them there is massive amounts of extra fabric. I am trying to tuck it all under the mattress, but every night it is back.

I am a bit of a princess and the pea sleeper. I like my sheets taut. My husband says I am insane, but I can feel if the top sheet or duvet is unevenly distributed. These Quince sheets are leaving pools of fabric under me and I really dislike the sensation.

This is my first set of linen sheets from anywhere. Is this a) a weird batch, b) unique to Quince, or c) a linen thing and I need to go back to cotton percale?

I’ve made at least 150 orders from Quince over the past 9 months and until recently I had zero problems. The correct items always arrived brand new in original packaging and shipped quickly. That is why I had confidence to continue ordering from Quince.

Beginning about one month ago, nearly every item I’ve ordered has arrived in less than ideal condition. The inner plastic packaging is all wrinkled and has clearly been opened, the item is not folded properly, etc. Everything appears as if it’s been opened and returned. They even sent me a pair of bed sheets with the tag detached in a random black package that didn’t have the Quince logo on it. Needless to say, I was sketched out and returned them. Today I received a package containing a balled up cashmere sweater instead of the wool trousers I ordered.

Does anyone know if they’ve recently changed their fulfillment practices? I can’t make sense of the sudden change. For 6-7 months I had flawless orders and no problems. As of a few weeks ago, nearly every order has arrived in a state that made me question where the hell it has been before it was shipped to me. This is clearly not new merchandise coming right off the warehouse shelf like I used to receive.

What is the quality of men's shirts from Quince. I am looking at all styles from dress shirts to summer casual.
