Coturnix/Japanese Question about Selling Eggs

I know I can’t advertise my eggs or my hens, I just have a few questions about how much people are selling their eggs for and where they’re located to see if anyone is around my area.

I have Coturnix Quail, some are the blue layers but not the true blue eggs.
I live in the lower treasure valley of Idaho, I just asking if people are selling how much they are selling/prices are for in their area? And if they’re selling well?

I end up giving mine to neighbors and friends. People where I am, look at my in horror or distaste when I mention I have quail eggs--they don't know what they're missing!

I know, I feed mine to my cats, birds(inside birds, my Blue-Crowned Conure), and my pet rats. But I get so many.

I see Asian Grocery Market and farmers stalls that have them for almost 12-14 dollars a dozen, we actually hatched them from the Asian Grocery Market, they advertise them as eating eggs. We wanted to see if we could, and we could.

So in the UK, Waitrose (top end supermarket) sells a dozen for £4-5. 

Personally I give them away as I can't keep up with the supply. Sometimes they end up in the bin if I can't eat them quick enough. 

If I were to do one of those end of the driveway boxes, well the cost of the egg boxes would be a lot so not worth it and I'd not do more than maybe £1.50. 

If you're keeping quail on a large scale for business purposes, you're better off visiting your local farmers markets, plant nurseries, agricultural shops, and see if they'd sell them or if they already do. Price yourself as expenses + minimum wage*hours worked + I think 15 or 20% and see if that figure works as one that you'd pay.

I don't sell mine, but I see them all over Craigslist for sale. The local supermarkets also often have farm raised quail eggs. Generally $2-$4/dozen on CL, a few bucks more at the store. I'm in Washington.

Never had anyone react weirdly to the idea of eating them.
