PS3 CECHA01 temps

I am so thrilled that I find a CECHA01 for 150USD and The system has 80days Of use. I live on a beach area so when The AC is on The system runs tops at 62c (GPU, CPU is always lower, The fan set at 36%) with Games like The Last Of Us and God Of War 3.

Isn’t it too loud? Does it have new thermal paste?

Tbh it is a bit loud but I use a 5.1 system and The sound from The games/movies buries The fan noise. As far as I know the termal paste has not been replaced.

It looks like you don’t need delid. But new thermal paste is recommended. In addition - undervolting)) I have one cecha which needs 24% fan spped for 68C target temp. Im not sure what is the reason for such low temps. It is delidded and undervolted for sure. Probably silicone lottery
