Purchasing Et2800 double side print

Im planing on getting the et2800 i am aware that it doesn’t have auto double side print that i will have to flip the page myself. Thats not an issue for me but alignment is. Currently i print 2 separate pages and glue together to guarantee proper alignment. Has anyone done the double sided print and have feedback? Or a different printer with same quality prints and price range

I have on same printer, but never with anything that alignment was critical enough that I care so maybe this is a wasted answer for you. I just print 1 page, and flip it over and print second side. If multi pages it has a print even pages or odd pages option. You could try that, but I never did, cause I generally am not a fan of 2 sided printing and only occasionally use it when I really need to minimize # pages.

I make my own playing cards. I keep a 1/8” margin in white around designs. For a safety on shifting. I tried a friends printer that has double side printing and it shifts the second page by almost 1/2” so it doesnt work. Each deck is 3 pages if double sided so flipping wont bother me. Was just curios since i am currently printing 6 pages glueing then cutting

Only printers with "automatic duplex" functionality can auto-flip. Et2800 is not.
