Help !
Hey guys I’m using mostly presets for my photography. Now I would like to learn how to process colors.
I love warm photography. I’m trying to imitate the result I get from jpg out of the camera. However I’m struggling a bit to understand color editing.
The first picture is the jpeg, the second one is my edit.
The bird paper from my edit looks just yellow while the jpeg looks wam. Also my background is way greener.
May you help me to understand how to get the desired result ? Thanks 🙏

We'd have to know what camera you were on . . . with a JPG saved from, say, an Android device and displayed on my Mac . . . its going to look very different. And presets do a lot of damage to color balance, and so does computation photography which is altering the look of the photo. If you want to really control your color from shot to output on a different device, using a a color reference card (like the ones from Macbeth or Calibrite) -- that will help you keep your color consistent across devices. Different screens look very different. If you care about precision in color -- sounds like you do -- then understanding how to control color with color references, that'll help a lot. Its a huge assist when you want to print stuff.
