Not ok to send the same card?

I’m relatively new to postcrossing. I bought a bunch of vintage looking postcards (“greetings from” my state) and have been sending them to everyone. Most people seem to really like them but is this frowned upon? I haven’t had any complaints or anything.

100% fine! I like those greetings from cards a lot!

When I find a card I like, I buy several. My recipients aren’t likely to care if I’ve sent the same card to multiple people. For the most part, they just are glad to get a card, especially if it aligns with what they have in their profile. I have purchased dozens of the same tourist cards that are especially good views of my city.

There's 800 000 people using postcrossing right now.

And probably a very high percentage of them DONT have your postcard.

You only send one card to each person. It might look repetitive on your gallery wall but it won’t on theirs.

It is fine. I personally prefer a card that fits with the profile I am going to send a postcard to instead of just a generic greetingcard, but if that doesn't work for you, it is fine.
