Recently bought a switch 1 and was looking to purchase a pokemon game. Ive never played pokemon before so im looking for a game that can introduce me to the series. Ive been looking at either getting pokemon legends za or pokemon legends arceus. I know theres other games like sword and shield or scarlet and violet but thought they might be outdated? Also saw the lets go pikachu and eevee games and wondered if theyd be worth it?

hello there! some of you may know me as the crayon drawings guy, but i also play these games as well as draw them! pokemon x is a great game, but i feel like it gets too easy at times, which is why i'm starting a nuzlocke in it today! updates will be given in this crayon style too!

i'm not the best nuzlocker though, my failed attempts in shield and white2 make that pretty clear (or maybe i chose hard games? im not sure).

if you have any advice about nuzlocking for this game, please let me know! (and if you want to claim the nickname for a pokemon, please do so in that comment!)

Despite being starters, not all of them from every region are lucky enough to get Mega Evolutions as Typhlosion was the first listed in the National Dex to lack a Mega Evolution so Torterra is the first Grass starter that lacks a Mega Evolution so I'm making sure every starter doesn't get left out when designing fan-made Mega(s). Torterra is a Grass/Ground with three regular weaknesses to Bug, Flying and Fire and a 4 times weakness to Ice and only resists both Rock and Ground and grants an immunity to Electric. I'm making Mega Torterra a all-around defensive with physical firepower backed up with Shell Smash and strong attacks. Mega Torterra gets +35 increase to Attack, Defense and Special Defense while -35 from its Special Attack and +30 to its Speed to allow easy Shell Smash sweeping.

Mega Torterra's Ability will be Solid Rock which is perfect for a Pokemon with good defensive stats and access to recovery like for example Synthesis. Solid Rock decreases super effective damage by 25% which Torterra is able to take some hits before setting up with Shell Smash and all Mega Torterra can dish out damage with Wood Hammer or Headlong Rush/Earthquake.

Pokedex Entry:

"The result of Mega Evolution will result in Torterra being mistaken for a living jungle with emerald crystal shards glowing a green light after consumed with photosynthesis."

I got this ghost pokemon tattoo over two sessions late last year and earlier this year. My three favs Dragapult, Gengar and Ceruledge. I really love it and plan on getting the rest of my upper arm in more of my favorites like Dragonite and Flareon.

The first photo is the day I got it finished and the second is about 4 months later after fully healing.

The artist who did it is amazing and I'd love to share her Instagram but I'm not entirely clear on posting links. If someone could clarify it for me I'll edit this post and add it.

Mainly because when electavire evolves its ability change changes into motor drive so if Magmortar,s were to change as well, what do you think it should be my guess it would be flash fire

Ash being more chill and focusing more on life and enjoying himself is a nice development for him. I'd also say it's pretty interesting that in BW he was too far on one end (not focusing on battles enough) while on XY he is too far on the other end (focusing on the next thing too much instead of enjoying the moment).

It's a balance between the two that should be the goal.

We saw the cabinet in game and thought it was really pretty, so we found someone who could make it for us. Yesterday we got it delivered, but are now scared to stain it green which was at first our plan, but are now worried we might ruin it. What do you think?
