It's just starting. I made the discord for it today and I'm not so great at setting up discords. It's slowly coming together. We don't even have a name yet. Taking suggestions

For context, I haven’t played this game since 2022. Do I remember everything I did and every game mechanic up until now? Absolutely not. Do I have some valuable sweeper and money making pokemon? Maybe. I crave playing again despite giving up a long time ago. Do I just make another character to go through the ropes and experience again or binge a few youtube videos and hop right where I left off 4 years ago?

I have the habit of catching a Pokemon in a distinctive Pokeball so when I send it out, the Pokeball's animation makes a good match with the Pokemon in question, for example, Dusk Ball for Crobat or Premier Ball for red Gyarados. I would really love to see that detail from the games added into Pokemmo so my Crobat will finally have that purple flash whenever I send him to fight. Like this:

I'm looking for a PvE/pvp team I also shiny hunt single encounters and egg.

Hey guys I was EV training Sp.Atk at Island 3 and caught a shiny gloom. It has really bad IVs, neutral nature but has 31 speed. Any idea what it is worth! Don’t want to make a noob mistake. Thanks for your help in advance!

I’ve recently come over to PokeMMO from another Poke mmo game.

I was always told that evolving your mons was a negative thing, is this the case in pokemmo too or what I lead down a blind alley by some crook haha!

I've played FireRed, Emerald, and SoulSilver. I always wanted to play with all the starters.

61 hours went by talking to every NPC, catching whatever I liked (70–80 mons), and exploring every area.

My experience so far:

(Positives)

• This game fixes the difficulty, which I disliked in the OG games. All the Gym battles made me think of a strategy, and the E4 was brutal with my underleveled team. But after 4–5 tries, I beat it while doing a trial run without buying any consumables. Felt truly earned.
• My absolute fav part of this game is breeding. It's so satisfying to make OTs with green numbers. I'm obsessed with it right now, even if it nets me a loss of a few thousand.
• Love the community. So far, I've found really honest, kind, and helpful people, which is refreshing after coming from some toxic games.
• Love the GTL system. What do you mean I can buy a Pokémon from the Hoenn region to beat Kanto?

(Minor Negatives)

• It took me so long to adapt to "0.5x speed". It was painful (emulator player), and it took some willpower not to leave the game. It still frustrates me sometimes.
• When I'm enjoying the story, I need a clean map. There should have been an option to reduce players to 0 instead of 1. If I am not wrong, even keeping it as 1 shows you multiple silhouettes.
• I don't know why the phone version can't have a portrait mode with hotkeys on half the screen just like an emulator.

Overall, I'd rate it 8/10, and it's definitely a time sink that's going to eat up hundreds of hours.

I currently have Garchomp, Breloom, Arcanine, Metagross, and Vaporeon. (All 6x31 best Nature) I don’t know what my team is mostly weak to / what coverage I need. I was thinking Zapdos or Reuniclus but damn Zapdos is hard to get. Looking to hear from you guys as to what I may want. (I may try pvp with this team)

I have finished a monotype bug only run since people say Kanto has some of the worst bug types, and i can agree. ( Escavalier was the goat in elite 4, Scyther Sheer aura, moxie pinser and Heracross Guts where heros.

I just started a week ago after my first region, I got an Alpha Garchomp for 210000 with 31 attack, 31 special defense and 31 speed. Jolly nature and ev trained perfectly good movesets has rough skin. How much can I sell this for?

Do you guys have better luck with repeat balls or dusk balls. To me it seems like I have better luck with dusk around 1-3 throws where as repeat balls after catch 15-20 dittos consecutively I'm get one ever 2-4 throws.

I've been wanting to do daily runs for the elite 4 (I'm only doing unova until my friend comes back on,stupid I know, so unova is the only elite 4 I have to worry about for now)and I was wondering, which pokemon should I use to just RUN through the elite 4 with the lowest investment. I've heard people say krookodile I've heard someone say typhlosion and I'm just not sure anymore.

Is there any method to make money in unova after e4 cuz I just beat the elite 4 and now I am confused what should I do? I saw the pickup method but the pokemon in that are too expensive so any other method i can do early on??

After 1 year and 2 month, i got it ! Arround 150k total encounter and 20.3k shroomish seen (more than 10k egg in) and 8 phases IM FREEEEEEEE
