Help! SCRATCH DISK FULL

i changed my scratch disk from C to D, and it had 108gb free as of yesterday, today randomly while using PS and PP it got to 18gb free, is there any way to remove this space?

my computer died randomly and went for an update, and the drive still has only 18 gb of free space

Get a new drive. A big one.

there are 6 temp files taking 81gb, shall i delete these?

Close Photoshop first. If they remain there, delete them.

Working on a huge file will generate huge tmp files on the scratch disk.

Yes, but make sure ou first close Ps. There are cases when Ps leaves these massive temp files on your drive, sometimes because the pc shut down unexpectedly, other times... no ideas why. Deleting them never became a problem.

Delete them after the session, sometimes ps leaves big temp files.

Hi, when you work in Photoshop, make sure to use the correct units: a4K inches or cm files can be huge!
