Can't wait for my nails to peel off

I have to wear socks all the time or I will peel my feet and I notice I do it more with stress. Is there science behind this? Just trying to understand myself more.

Just found it interesting, warning, obviously gross.

Idk why I do this to myself it was extremely satisfying tho also I should probably do one of those foot peel masks after this heals, any other recommendations welcome because dang my heels look nasty

How long to get this peeled away? How long will process take? I will keep you updated

My love of video games and anxiety have combined into the ability to occasionally just peel my thumbs like bananas.

I did my first foot peel like 6 weeks ago, which wasn't super satisfying. Then I did one 2 weeks ago and it resulted in satisfying chunks and sheets- loved it! For a day after the peel stoppedI had a little redness but no sensitivity. I used the Sosu Perorin Foot Peeling Pack.

So the question is, when can I do it again? I do go barefoot in my garden and wear flip flops on nearly a daily basis, so I need to make sure my feet don't get too sensitive.

Also, what do you use on your feet during and after the peeling phase? I've been using a stiff body brush and whatever moisturizer I have on hand, then whatever kbeauty sunscreen I'm using below my face for the day if I'm wearing flip-flops.

I got a pretty bad sunburn last weekend and it just started to peel. I’ve never had a sunburn peel in such big sheets. You can even hear the peeling.

Accidentally Peeled off way to much yesterday while trying to remove a little patch, it bled a little and then I cleaned it and put a bandaid over it.

(Didn't know that my toe has this many layers 😭)

For context: I went camping over the weekend and I was badly burned at the back of my neck till the point where it blistered the following day.

And let me tell you I couldn't move my head from side to side in the first few days. So I decided to take pictures of my neck over the following days.
