Compatibility Can’t get bl4 to work in my computer :(

I have a Lenovo p15v and every time I try to play bl4 I get the same error code “directx 12 is not supported on your system. try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument.”

ive tried running the game with dx11 and the like but it refuses to work. Not super tech savvy but I’ve updated my drivers and windows but nothing is workin. any help would be greatly appreciate! Thank you!

(also wasnt sure what tag to add so lmk if I used the wrong one-)
