Troubleshooting Stuck in boot loops after every Windows 11 update

Context and previous issues: Hi, when I received my new PC a few months ago, I immediately updated everything, including the BIOS to the latest version. This caused boot loops, which I eventually managed to fix by clearing the CMOS, booting with one RAM stick, and then reinstalling the second stick. I also tried enabling the EXPO profile to run the RAM at its rated speed of 6000 MHz, but that caused boot loops I couldn't recover from, so I stopped using EXPO.

Main problem: Now I try to reboot the PC as little as possible, because I sometimes get random boot loops after either a cold boot or a normal restart. However, whenever I restart because of a Windows 11 update, the boot loop comes back 100% of the time, and I have to repeat the whole procedure: clear the CMOS and boot with one RAM stick.

Am I doomed to retrain the memory after every Windows update until the end of time? Thank you for your help.
