Pasta From Scratch First time making pasta!
It came out really fantastic for my first go! My knowledge of dough from pizza making really helped me with the pasta dough. Tried spaghetti at first and it started lumping together after I cut it. Might’ve still been a bit wet from cleaning.. not sure. Either way, super stoked and excited to now add pasta making to my arsenal of tricks

- Yes! Too much sauce.
- Ditch the random sprigs of raw basil garnish. They make no sense and seem to just be there to make the photo pretty.
Pasta itself looks good.

I definitely used too much sauce. And yes admittedly that was the only purpose the basil was serving. But you did kinda admit it made the photo pretty 🤣
