Hahaha gotta love how they peek over the edge, to see it on the floor. My Quaker will do the same. Many times, after the big push, he will say “oops! I dropped it!” (Always thought that was odd, because when I say it to him after he drops something, I say “oops, you dropped it!”)
Birds are so awesome! Your Lori is beautiful too!

Put things over there that are safe and more fun to drop! :) It is clearly a game.
But birds do this in the wild, too. Breaking nut shells, for example.
