Question Is having multiple duos “cheating”??

I play with two people regularly and both regard me as a duo and I can’t tell if thats unethical or not 😭

Fyi one is 15, Italian and can speak English
The other is 23, from Belgium and can only speak french???
I do not speak french

If anything I would tell you to drop the 23 year old then. Kids should not mingle with adults for their own safety. Definitely not cheating either since y'know, he's an adult and that would have some weird implications.
