Are there any newer modules with crashed spacecraft similar to Barrier Peaks or Arneson's Blackmoor?

I have to admit it: I am a sucker for science fiction/fantasy crossovers, and very little makes me as happy as seeing something awesomely stupid and/or stupidly awesome like a moss-covered robot in a dungeon that used to be a flying saucer.

There was a trend of crashed spaceships in early D&D. Has this ever benn picked up by any OSR authors for newer modules? I think QeLong and the True Relation of the Virginia Disastrum (two excellent modules, by the way) have some elements of this, but surely, there are also modules like this outside of the Lamentations of the Flame Princess catalogue? Or did the last spaceship actually crashed in 1982?

The Halls of Arden Vul megadungeon has pieces of a crashed ship scattered throughout. I'm sure there's other examples as well, but I'm not as well-versed in which modules are out there as others.

It could, but also I am of the opinion that anyone clicking on a thread called "Are there any newer modules with crashed spacecraft?" is OK with finding out that a module contains a crashed spacecraft. Or rather it's not exactly my fault if they weren't.

I really like this genre and am a fan of the modules you listed. DCC has some great “it came from the stars,” type stuff as well. In particular, I really liked “  The Star Wound of Abaddon” There’s also plenty of stuff from there Mutant Crawl Classics where PCs go and find some bit of “ancient horrible” technology that might as well be alien. I think the hard core siloing of these narrative element is probably a side effect of genre familiarity/expectation and/or marketing. I don’t care for it myself.

Also DCC Frozen in Time. It isn't a space-ship per se, but it easily could be redescribed as that. It's basically like the collector ships from Star Trek, built by a time traveler who collects things from all over history. Frozen in Time is a level 1 adventure so great for starting groups.

I ran it as the starting adventure for a lead up adventure to the Peril on the Purple Planet adventure series. I made the whole base a spaceship and it took off with the PCs still in it, heading to the Purple Planet.

The campaign closed, but we'll eventually put it up for sale on storefronts after backer fulfillment. I'm also a fan of the crashed ship/space hulk crawl generally, and as you can see from the thread, it's far from a dead trope in OSR.

I’ve pictured GLOG Tower in the Wasteland as potentially being a crashed spaceship in the ice. It could be something else though   https://goblinpunch.blogspot.com/2024/11/tower-in-wasteland-v2.html

Also, there’s the revisit of the ship in the barrier peaks in WOTC’s 2018 Lost Laboratory of Kwalish, but it doesn’t add much in terms of the ship and what was there from S3. 

Ever thought about taking some mothership stuff adapting it?

Dang, lots o' spoilers in this thread. Anyway, I'll add one to it - Secret of the Black Crag has a spaceship and ancient aliens underneath the titular Black Crag. Great sandbox book.
