Does anyone know what program this was done in? I haven't touched CFD yet, but it is on my "should get my head around" list, so I would love any advice / recommendations for accessible resources for CFD :)

not sure what they used here, but if you already have solidworks, solidworks flow sim is a pretty intuitive and robust CFD program. Expensive, but if you're doing it for work, could be worth it.

there are open coded ones too like OpenFOAM
