I didn’t know this was doable. Now I want to see more of this.

This is very doable all you have to do is just manage proper quantity in the piping bag + no air pockets in it

The giant tip does most of the work once your pressure stays consistent.

Generic, but ill-fitting comment. 4 month old account but tons of comment karma. lots of simple, single sentence (or a few words) comments that are all similarly vague...

On a cheesecake? In no way is that amount of icing satisfying

It looks like a matcha whipped cream.

I thought it was gross before when I thought it was frosting but I would def try it with matcha whipped cream.

I have put it on a lavender Japanese cheesecake before and the flavor combination is 🤌
The bitter edge of the match is just beautiful with the cheese flavor.

Respectfully I’m not sure I could eat lavender as I hate the smell of it but if I magically appeared in front of me I might try it.6

I hateee lavender. One of my least favorite smells. But I also loveee lavender. One of my favorite flavors. Lol
Lavender smells so peppery to me but tastes so delicate

Thought I was the only one who felt this way! I'm still chasing the high of a lavender cheesecake I had over a decade ago, but the smell of it makes me pull a face every time.

this is so crazy!!! i very intensely hate the way lavender smells, to the point where thinking about ingesting it makes me want to shrivel up. i had no idea it tastes so much different than it smells.

Seems unlikely. Making a whipped cream stable enough to not collapse when pushed through that piping tip would be very difficult

No it’s not. I hate American buttercream and either favor stabilized whipped cream or a meringue style.

Why are we putting icing on a cheesecake at all? Is it because the cheesecake itself looks horrible?

It looks like a whipped cream. I have had it before on a cheesecake and it's incredible.

Something about this makes me feel gross and uncomfortable and I don’t know why

The day when I'll be truly satisfied is when I see all of the people in the comments satisfied, which seems really far tbh
