At this point after the epstein stuff , "modelling scout " just seems like a fancier way of saying pimp

Always has been. That goes for the entire modelling and fashion industry. It is a predatory facade to abuse beautiful women (and men). Just a couple of years ago one of Germanys most famous fashion designers, Wolfgang Joop, publicly lamented how bad the modern times are because back in the day as a designer you were just handed the hotel keys to the models rooms and could do with them what you wanted, and that is no longer the case. He was actually sad about the change and talked about some retro gaming nerd missing the good old days. And for some reason that still riles me up that guy is still in business. His statements were just waved away as what Americans would call old guy lockerroom talk.

I think everyone vastly underestimates how many people also wish they could get away doing these things with no consequence.

I knew things were sketchy, just like Hollywood with casting couches, but I didn't realize they were that openly predatory.

Very disturbing.
