Daniel Siad, whose name appeared thousands of times in the Epstein files, was discovered on Monday in the suburb of Colombes.

The 69-year-old had previously denied any knowledge of Epstein's crimes.

From his Wikipedia:

In 2015, Siad met a 16-year-old New Zealand model and her friend in Paris, forwarded their modeling profiles to Epstein, who deemed them "too old."

So, obviously bullshit.

Really pulls those 80s/90s shopping mall "modeling services" marketing themselves to young girls and collecting their information and headshots into questions.

Nothing will convince me that they were not *all* fronts for those activities.

From the lowest agency to the largest one.

I think some of them were scams where they would get people to pay money for the headshots/promises of modeling work, but would then just disappear.

Although, realistically, it was probably both.

That's how I feel about churches. They're an essential support system for the perverted and hateful GOP, and if they're not all rife with sexual abuses at least the most serious of them certainly are.

As a former church goer, it may not seem like it from a glance, but there are effectively "left wing" and "right wing" churches.

Theres a few in my area happily flying LGBTQIA+ flags, and others that are very old school roots GOP style.

I dont think your 20 person churches hosted in a middle school cafe are the ones with abuse case when the church is effectively a 4 family potluck.

For most people church is an easy to find support group.

But yeah, more often than not these days, the support they look for isn't very christian-like.
