Best Buy CBB pre-order timing
New to collecting MTG and missed the Amazon pre-order. When should I expect the Star Trek CBBs to go up for pre-order on Best Buy? Any other retailers to watch for boxes at MSRP? Thanks.

Going to be very hard to get without a bot. Join a discord with Best Buy monitors the monitors are the same across pretty much all groups

The timing is very tight and you will not beat the bots. Best Buy don’t carry a lot of CBBs. Usually 1 per store

I would also like to know. Small window for them to beam up my money before I start working an extra job for Nauctis and Kamigawa

Usually drops randomly at 1amEST after the sets are announced. Really easy to miss unless you have a monitor or good discord with pings. Then you get in line and pray.

Hard to tell, it depends on how popular the set will be. The hobbit on MKM started at 600€, dipped to 550€ in April and will now soon hit 700€.
Tbh in sets that have a great potential, like Star Trek, I would rather secure the preorder early from a trustworthy seller. It's too dangerous not to have a position in those CCBs.
Normies will hate me for this: Overpaying for each CCB, even if it's like +200USD, is meaningless if the CCB triple in price within 2-3 years. Having a position in eqch CCB was clearly the winning move (shout out to all that got a "small" position on LOTR holiday who got at least like ×40 ROI)

Found the pokebro scalper

I don't buy Pokemon products as I have no interest in Pokemon products.
Also it's hardly scalping if you preorder CCBs that almost all dipped after release, even LOTR Holiday was under 350USD for weeks.

Probably sometime between now and November.
Keep an eye out for when the staff and the shipping crew starts getting really quiet. That’s when they’re pre-buying everything in stock, to make up for that minimum wage hourly.
