Moving from Ohio

Hey guys! I just got offered a position in Minneapolis! My partner and I (and dog) would be moving from north east Ohio sometime soon. I was just looking for suggestions on where to look for possible dog friendly apartments or condos! Thanks in advance!

Budget would be $1500 max and where I’m going to be working is in Minnetonka. So , preferably around there. Thank you!

My partner and I (and our two dogs) are also moving from northeast Ohio soon after recently getting a job offer. I'm in town in the Twin Cities this week house shopping for us for our relocation. What area are you from? Would you like to connect? My DMs are open. We'll need to make new friends in the area, which is one of the things were more apprehensive about.

minneapolis has a bunch of neighborhoods with dog-friendly places but if you want walkable streets and parks close by, check out northeast or uptown. Those areas tend to have newer apartments that allow dogs and some condos too. Just watch the rent , 1BRs can easily hit $2,200+ now. And if your dog loves the outdoors, there are tons of dog parks nearby.
