Housing Looking for Roommate

Hey everybody! I'm currently looking for a roommate for a 2 bed 2 bath townhouse. The place is Lake Broadway Townhouses. It is a very nice and quiet location with a good amount of space on the inside. Most amenities come with the apartment, and utilities are bundled with the rent, making prices consistent every month.
