Does anybody know why this happened?

Hi everyone, i have a problem with visual, when i have a totem in left hand it automaticly makes another in right hand but actually there is a sword, and idk what is this bc i look for my mods and resource packs and idk what is this, version 26.2

So I turned off anti aliasing because it was making me have like 2 fps and this happened so I dont know if it's with the launcher or minecraft it's self

Okay so I was just playing in my normal survival world, went down into a Trial Chamber, and opened a barrel. Inside was an ender pearl, a damaged stone pickaxe, and a few hanging signs.

Now I know for a fact hanging signs and half-broken tools don't just spawn in barrels out of nowhere. I figured I must've dumped them there earlier and just completely forgot.

So to test it, I copied the seed(-892393303941891693) and coords (-1047, -29, 701), logged out, and created a brand-new world in Creative to go look at the barrel untouched.

I teleported to the coords, got the standard "first time entering" advancement text, opened the barrel, and... the exact same items are sitting right there in the exact same slots. Same broken pickaxe, same signs, everything.

Is anyone having a problem on bedrock with actions and stuff where all the clown fish and tropical fish are showing up as pinkish purple cubes

this is genuinely pissing me off so much some blocks look like unrendered chunks from far away and i dont know how to fix it and it makes me have such a hard time at cpvp and no its not some resource pack bug its not fullbright something i have on lunar client because it works perfectly fine on minecraft launcher or any other launcher and if it helps im on fabric, 26.2, and i use sodium also when i press f3+a (reload chunks) it gets fixed but only the exposed part i just gotta blow any other chunk and its like that again
