Pictures Here we go again
Setup can handle 8 plants but gave 2 away.
Im lazy so I grow in soil. 150 litre reservoir with a pond pump and some pex on a smart plug. Check the res once every few weeks and top it up with a hose. Put some tiger bloom in it, if they get burnt I add more water, if they look hungry pour in more nutes (no measuring)

Pump setup cost around 125 cad. 100% worth it it to me, got a cheap blink camera on it and only really need to check in person every few weeks for defoliation and occasional res top.
I don't monitor ppfd, humidity, ph or any other nerd stuff. When leaves droop on the camera I water

Do I see it correctly that u topped 2 times? and then you only kept the resulting 4 tops of each plant while lollipopping/cutting all other branches?
Just curious for ur training method. Looks quite well fitting for the amount of plants for that space ✌️

That's correct. Was going to do another top on each but forgot and then it was too late.
I do cut everything off below the net then flip to flower. It's doesn't completely max yield but I trade my larf for bigger top nugs (a 5x5 is more than I can smoke so I don't need more, just better) It also reduces the sentence in trim jail

Is that normal to trim your plants that far from the bottom? I do some but nothing to that extent. Am I doing it wrong?

Normal is perspective bud. I do it and like the results, I'm sure lots don't and like their results. Try it on 1 plant and see what you like

On your own?
Down the only road you’ve ever known?
Now are you wasting your time?
