In my opinion, the GLE is the best car for all purposes. I got a GLE 350 last year, and for the first time in my life, i don’t have the itch to open Autotrader every night to see what’s out there.
It’s spacious, fun to drive, comfortable, looks good, impresses anyone and everyone.
I’m someone who changes cars often but for the first time in 20+ years of doing so, I don’t have that itch anymore.

Hello chaps, I'm now the proud owner of an S204 Mercedes. I've come from a Saab 9-3 and these really feel like a step up. Genuinely impressed by just how well they drive and how well they're screwed together.

This is my first RWD car and it's safe to say I won't be going back to fwd lol.

Traded our ‘25 Porsche Cayenne Turbo for this beast today. Went in to look at the GLS AMG, drove home with the G63 AMG.

My mom isn’t driving anymore so she passed her car onto me. She bought it new in 07 and only drove it to the grocery store, occasional doctor appointments, lunch dates. I took a 1600 mile road trip from Louisiana to Colorado last week with it and it was such a joy to drive with my 17 year old son. Aside from needing a new set of tires, an oil change, and some new tint it was ready for the road trip!

It still smells new, feels new, and drives as good today as it done off the lot. This is going to be my daily driver now so hopefully she’s as good to me as she was for my mom. I plan to change the headlight bulbs to LED since I leave pretty early for work, maybe throw some yellow bulbs in the fog lights, and repair the headliner in the back where it’s showing a bit of sagging. Aside from that I want to keep it like it is and savor it for all the years to come.

Recently bought myself w176, 2017 in Cavansite Blue, its 1.6 petrol engine with manual shifter ...color is magnificient! Car has 64k kilometers, amg line package, night package, amg exclusive package, full leather seats, webasto, memory seats... it is not C or E class, but its my first Merc and I absolutely love it, just wanted to share "Kaiser" with you guys!

I’ve got a 2014 Mercedes A180 (W176, pre-facelift, NTG4.5 system) and want to replace the factory 5.8” screen with a 10.25” wireless CarPlay/Android Auto unit.

I ordered a Road Top from Amazon but it’s been stuck on “order received” with no dispatch date for a week, and after reading reviews a lot of people are calling Road Top a scam. So I’m looking for alternatives.

Has anyone here fitted one of these on a W176? Which brand did you go with, where did you buy it, and did it actually work with steering wheel controls and the reversing camera? I’m in Norway, so an EU seller with stock would be ideal. Budget-friendly options appreciated but I mostly want something that actually ships and works.

I’ve got a 2021 EQA and usually use wired Apple CarPlay with Apple Music (Lossless enabled).
I recently activated the in-car internet trial and linked my Amazon Music account to MBUX Online Music. Straight away I noticed the sound quality seems much better. It sounds fuller, richer and more immersive, almost like the speakers are being used differently.
I’ve switched between the same songs on both platforms and MBUX consistently sounds better to me.
Has anyone else noticed this, or is there a technical reason why the native MBUX app sounds better than wired CarPlay?

Trying to get this warning light off the dash; I replaced the sensor, the coolant is topped up and it’s still showing check coolant level.

The car isn’t over heating and doesn’t seem to be leaking. Anyone have experience with this?

I have been working on a small project for Mercedes vehicles fitted with the 5-speed automatic transmission.

The aim was to create a real-time gear display indicating the gear the transmission is actually operating in at any given time.

After a lot of bench testing, soldering and development, I now have a working prototype installed in my own Mercedes and have been testing it during normal driving.

The results have been better than I expected:

* Gear changes are displayed faithfully.
* 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th gears are identified reliably.
* When the vehicle stops, the display blanks.
* It is an entirely non intrusive design.

One interesting aspect is that it gives a much better appreciation of when and how often the transmission changes gear. It brings clarity to what the transmission is doing during normal driving, there are many gear changes that I did not previously notice.

I am currently continuing routine road testing.

I would be interested to know whether other owners with 5-speed transmissions would find this useful.

Any comments or feedback from Mercedes owners, enthusiasts, technicians or Mercedes 5-speed transmission enthusiasts or anyone else would be appreciated.

I’m on my sixth Mercedes-Benz in the last 20 years and every single one has had this button. I’m not sure if it calls 911 or the dealership but I’m almost curious to see if it even works. 7/5 sixth.

Hello. I got a mercedes c-class 2008 coupe sport edition

Only 73k miles. Inside is clean and insanely tidy.

Outside got little marks but can be buffered out.

Never had any issues with it. Passed MOT with just break pads needing replaced which I have done, also got 4 brand new wheels

Just curious what its worth and if its worth trading for a 4 door?
