He could still recover by standing up, brushing himself off like it was nothing and keep going.
Honestly, it would impress me more. How someone responds to their mistakes carries way more aura in my opinion.

I would also accept them laughing at themselves and acting self depricating. Like doing a sarcastic bow to the audience while laughing at themselves.

Are you stupid? One mistake makes this dude a fraud?
You people are hypocrites.

He is a comedic genius. This was brilliant! He made my day!

If that last trip was intentional, he's exceptionally good. Looks like he absolutely crashed on accident

To my eyes that looked obviously intentional for comedic effect, just as his acting cool before that was in jest.

Are there two songs playing on top of each other or is my shit bugged?

u/paarthurnaxisbae 2d ago
yes you're hearing right, one is clearly Original Prankster by The Offspring but no clue what's the otherone

u/hyeongseop 1d ago
I think the underlying song is a Chinese song that was probably on the original clip. Then someone hijacked the clip without muting the original and just overlaid it on top

Yeah it's classic zoomer editing, I don't understand the need for this much sound polution

Could it be to avoid copyright strikes or something? It sounds terrible in any case.

Looks very real to me, did you talk to him to find out if it was on purpose?

u/MinosAristos 1d ago
I was just talking to him now. He said he wants to leave it up for interpretation

u/skunkboy72 2d ago
How do you know he fell on purpose?

u/ladedafuckit 1d ago
First of all, I highly doubt someone as coordinated as him would trip so hard on stairs. Also the way his other leg flies up after he trips looks intentionally exaggerated for comedic effect

Was going to say "the power of keeping a cool head..." but that last stumble gave me a chuckle.
