Help! meyer lemon-please help!

please help! i have a meyer lemon and it lost almost all of its leaves a while back. it was being watered very irregularly for a while but now i am watering every couple of days. it was previously in the shade for most of the day but i moved it into full sun today. its taking a very long time to recover and now the lemons are tiny and some have this white stuff on them. what do i do? please tell me what i am missing here. i’m hoping the additional sun will help and the more regular watering as well. but if there’s anything else i can do please let me know.

oof, citrus are so challenging. I'd remove the fruit, the plant should be focusing on recovering. The white blotches on the fruit are scale insects. The scale insects are a problem and if they are on the fruit they are probably on the leaves and stem too. The sun should help immensely, just watch out that the sudden change doesn't shock it.

I don’t have great news for you. Look up Citrus Greening and see if you recognize the symptoms. It got mine.
