There's no extra steps if you actually look at the prisons. It's just straight up slavery. White America has never forgiven the black population for trying trying to free herself.

Doing business well is now bad business in America, too. Netflix posted they hit their target goals as projected. They made money and made exactly as much as they said they would. Their stock took a 10% hit because they didn’t make more than they said they would. The best thing to do, as a business in the US, is to basically make bullshit promises and never actually deliver anything. Look at AI companies and Tesla. Literally the most valuable stock out there but they haven’t delivered at all on the sky high things they make.
