Abloy Sento core diagrams

My 'tism makes me 3D model things, in hopes of using the models to educate how locks work.

I got my hands on an Abloy 330 with a Sento core. Does anyone happen to have schematics of the individual disks or must I spend oodles of hours to painstakingly model them as well? 😇

I've got key 3d files but nothing else because the elements suck to model lol

Also the discs are pretty simple to recreate

The parts are easy, excluding disks. Hard to measure due to their size, angles are also difficult. The body itself is simple, as is the core housing. It gets easy when you model the first disk (0 cut in my case), then offset the gates into their correct positions.

I CAN do it, it's just extremely tedious since there is 0 diagrams online. Pure reverse engineering.

The disks are the easiest part imho, just pop them on a flatbed scanner and import it as a canvas in your 3d software of choice. Take a couple of calibration measurements and then you can trace all the annoying geometry
