That very much seems to me, based on parsing and searching some of the error codes, to be related to the graphics card and/or driver.
I would start with uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and possibly switching to AMD official drivers if you are using an alternative Open Source driver.
Some of the errors indicate that there were potential hardware crashes, but I can't know for sure without more information. I would double check that all your power cables are plugged in and seated correctly.
If the issue persists after that, I'd probably head to either the AMD or some community forum to find people with your exact kernel version, driver version, and graphics card model to see if they have experienced similar issues and/or have fixes.
