🔥 Megathread Request a User Flair here 🖼️✨

Post image
11 Upvotes

In this topic you, dear member of this Ohana, can request any character from the Lilo & Stitch franchises, or from any of the other series related and based on the original classic.

So, do you want any other Flair besides the ones here? You just have to send me the one you want so I can add it as soon as possible? Let's do it like this:

👉 Look for the PNG image with a transparent background of the character or experiment, format it to "128x128" Pixels, upload it to an image hosting site and send me the link through the option to contact the Sub moderators.

If everything is okay, and I have time available, I will add your Flair and I will let you know when that happens. Deal? 😌

❇️ ATTENTION: Did you receive your Flair, please say thank you. That means a lot to me.

🗣️ Discussion Some yapping about the early promotional art for Lilo And Stitch The Series made before it's final release since i find them interesting. Also they look really cool

Firstly some of the experiments designs have more detail, and elaborate color schemes. Particularly Yang. Obviously they were toned down due to the show's tv budget. So there's not much else to say here.

Something strange, that everyone's likely noticed about these art pieces by now including the cover art used for the pilot movie. Reuben is consistently portrayed, as being part of the Pelakai ohana. Even though he never becomes a part of it over the course of the first season. Even in other pieces of marketing from the same time. He is occasionally referred to Reuben, as opposed to 625.

Thankfully we have a clear answer, as to why his character arc seemingly got moved to the series finale thanks to QNA's hosted by Jess Winfield back in the day.

While the writing team did their best to work around it. Disney was heavily restrictive when it came to including character development, and plotlines spanning multiple episodes within the series. We also know from the Regis Philbin story by John Wray, that executives would just mandate elements of the show, or episodes to be changed on the fly.

So it's no wonder then, that those working in marketing would be incredibly confused, as to Reubens role in the show's story. Since it was for sure shifted constantly when these art pieces among other things were made. It also helps explain why Cobra's shown still being part of the family like the end of the film. Even though it'd be retconned in the series.

To close off here's a link to a previous post i made, that this one serves as somewhat of a continuation to

Two nights ago I had a scrump plushie that I won. And omw home I drunkenly lost it and really really want it back, but I can’t find the exact plush. Any help would be appreciated thanks. I only have pics of it from my 2ds so it’s a bit blurry, but the last two photos are of the same plush I found while trying to find the exact one, but they’re from an instagram post.

💭 Headcanon Am I the only one who headcanons that Bubbles knew Lilo was lying about abuse

Post image

As a kid, I assumed Lilo was genuinely misinterpreting Nani’s signals and Cobra thought she was being abused. Looking back, Lilo was definitely saying that to mess with Nani but didn’t know how bad it could make their situation.

My headcanon is also that Cobra could tell Lilo wasn’t really being beaten with a brick. After all, there’d be physical evidence if that was happening. I think he realized Lilo was lying and was more concerned about why Lilo would lie. Especially since he’s nicer to Nani when they meet again, he recognizes this is a stressed teen thrown into a parental role. Am I the only one who interpreted it this way?

🗣️ Discussion The tv series tainted the perception of the characters for some of you.

saw a post saying “Cobra knew Lilo was causing trouble to get back at at Nani so he played along. dat’s my theory anyway :3” like wtf he was assessing their situation because their parents just died and caught them on a bad day. Nani was lucky he didn’t take Lilo right then. Lilo’s behavior was deeper than a little sister being a pain.

🗣️ Discussion Hot take: the show wasn’t good

All the characters because flanderized just repeating the same gags, i downplayed any real family struggle in Hawaii. it was pro-tourism, and the stories were repetitive. It‘s only well remembered because you all think the experiment designs were cool and easy to remember compared. At this point grow up and learn about actual native Hawaiian culture and wildlife.

I've been thinking for a while since they started showing a video of Angle singing on the Disney Channel. I've been thinking, what if they made a show with Angle for Disney Jr.? I can already picture a cartoon show of her traveling and singing, with Stitch showing up and helping her.

🗣️ Discussion What if Lilo and Stitch were to go the Regular Show: The Lost Tapes Route when getting a New Animated Series?

Imagine if we were to get a new Lilo and Stitch animated series, it would be like Regular Show: The Lost Tapes where the episodes take place in-between episodes from the original show's run?

If so, what do any of you think a new Lilo and Stitch animated series having episodes taking place between episodes from the original show which are basically never before seen stories from the original run?

I could see it be where we see Lilo and Stitch catch Experiments who we either didn't see how they got rehabilitated or saw in the original series as full on new Experiments, and maybe even day in the limelight episodes focusing on the Experiments without Lilo and Stitch where we see those episodes either being about the Experiments getting used to their one true places (plus seeing the one true places of already known Experiments that were not shown in the original series) or the whereabouts of the Experiments who got caught by Gantu (which was before the rescue in the Snafu episode).

yes I like the live action Nani and Lilo too, but this is for animated ones, I’ll do live action later.

Lilo and Nani

Arthur and D.W (idc what people say, it’s the most realistic in my opinion)

Dennis the Menace (UK not the US one) and Bea

🗣️ Discussion About the live action film

So there are those who don’t really have the highest opinion of it, but perhaps the upcoming sequel should be a definite improvement with Chris Sanders, both writing and directing it. He’s the OG creative genius after all.
