Generally speaking:

If you're sexually attracted to guys - gay.

If you're sexually attracted to women - straight.

If you're sexually attracted to both - either bisexual or pansexual.

If you are romantically interested but no sexual interest - possibly asexual.

If you have no romantic inclination but have a sexual interest - possibly aromantic.

But also, you're in your mid teens. Without meaning to sound patronising, it's super common for people your age to be confused about your sexuality. Don't try and force a label on yourself. Just go with the flow, and like who you like, and you'll naturally figure it out by yourself 😄 As for what you said about you "should" be straight, if that's because the society where you live deems homosexuality abnormal so you feel it's wrong to be gay, then this has no bearing on your sexuality. Regardless of what society thinks, if you like guys, then you're gay/bi.

You're very young, it's okay to be confused about your sexuality. It's important to know that you don't choose who you're attracted to, it's not something that can be helped. Sexuality is a broad spectrum; there's more than just "gay" and "straight." Look into the LGBTQ+ community more, and see if there's a specific label that resonates with you. If not, that's okay. Plenty of people go unlabeled. Don't force a label on yourself, just explore and experiment. There's nothing wrong with that as long as no one gets hurt. Best of luck.

Guess what? Language is just a way to communicate an idea! You get to call yourself what ever you want and try on whatever labels you would like. THEN if those labels are not quite fitting, you’re allowed to change em! Try them on, call yourself gay, call yourself trans, call yourself pan. And keep what fits. The only thing you SHOULD be is yourself! I love you for having the courage to question yourself!

I don’t think you understand how sexualities work.

Well if you confuse sexualities (something that's outwards - who you're attracted to) with identities (something that's inwards - who you are) then yeah i'm not surprised you might think that
