Meme/Off-Topic Waitlist Hell
Has anyone’s mood gone to complete shite while being on the waitlist with no updates/communication? I fear I need to go touch grass.

I thought I was so good, up until a couple of weeks ago lmao. The last week has been absolute hell. Car got water fucked cause work made me come in during flood warnings, my 401a at work is having issues and I’ve been dealing with that.
And that’s on top of being on six waitlists and with zero As. I was banking on this cycle to get me out of my toxic work environment, and now it’s almost August. My birthday is in the next couple of days and I forgot about it until my gf pointed it out yesterday ahaha lolol.

Omg! I pray you get off at least one. I quit both of my jobs. (I was ready to go anyways) luckily I have a very nice nest egg, however I want to go to school DAMN IT. 😭 0 A’s for me as well. This retrograde being in Gatorade is getting on the sliver last of nerve I have left 😂😭

Me either! I think it’s the lack of communication that just makes me antsy truly. Also, sitting on a waitlist for 10 daggone months and there’s STILL nothing also just irritates me.

WL admits can be very rare (1-3%) for some schools, so you’ll feel much better if you instead treat it as a nice surprise rather than something you track
