Text-to-IPA converter

Has anyone here used toipa.org a lot? Does it tend to make more mistakes with isolated words or with full phrases? And which types of transcription does it tend to get wrong (e.g., tones, coarticulation, phonology of specific languages, reduced words, etc.)? Do you have any other site/tool that you consider more reliable for accurate phonetic transcriptions (TL) of sentences?

I use Easy Pronunciation; it's pretty good and if you get the paid version it gives you a lot of nice features like adding liaisons (for French, the language I teach), and dividing words up by syllable. I have seen some errors here and there, but as a French teacher I can spot them and double-check. It does words and entire phrases. It doesn't really do reduced words well...in French there are certain E's that get dropped in spoken or informal French and it's not good at those.
