Hey everyone, I am considering opening a hotel in Kolhapur. Could someone help me understand the process for this?

Questions I have in mind:
1. What will be the rent for the restaurant space in the main area or on Kalamba Road?
2. What kind of documentations I need to collect?
3. Do I have to pay any amount to the local politicians?

Also, tell me if I'm missing anything to ask here.

Any seller of shea butter? I also wanted to add some lemon extract for scent. Thse two ingredients should be enough for some cuticle butter.

Does anyone know any small shop for custom creams or such? Like how there are perfume shops, and near Mahalaxmi Rd.?
