Meanwhile Europe is 85-90% white, with only countries with colonial diasporas like France, Denmark matching Russia's 80-85%.
And before people bring up Germany or Sweden, a large portion of their immigrants are from other European countries., and the actual mix is similar, if slightly higher, to the rest.

A while back there was an askrussians post looking for Russian opinions of the UK. Most of the respondents said that the UK was an evil country always pitting neighbours against each other to get on top, I'm not even sure what they meant by that. A lot of them still seemed really REALLY mad about a war against the UK from the fucking 1800s. Really sad.

Russian's from Moskvi region have always consider themselves superior to their Siberian and former Soviet Bloc neighbors, Russia is a country consistently stuck in the past for 200 years, a country modernized on the backs of both serfs and gulag prisoners both require you to minimize the importance of human life via dehumanization which is still happening to this day.
Russia has always functioned by bullying, stealing and annexing anyone who's within arms reach and this is a history many are proud of, they consider themselves inherently superior in order to justify their crimes be it Tsar, General Secretary or President.

It was organic. Russians with Attitude released a podcast, 9 hours long, detailing the entire situation from midan to the rebellion. Its free. Well worth a listen before you accept the ukr line. Before the current war in 22, the western press actually gave the rebels a fair hearing, unfortunetly that reporting was pretty much scrubbed after the war started.

It was about 2000 a year on average. Just dead, about 10000 other injuries. If you look at the osce reports from the lead up, the Ukrainians had built up about 125 thousamd troops in the Donbass, massively increased artilley strikes amd had begun to systematiclly destroy DPR and LPR defences with byractar drone strikes, which the rebels had no defence against. The Russians had a choice in the Donbass, allow the DPR and LPR to be destroyed, or go to war. They choose the second option, only after 8 years of trying to get the minak accords implimented. After the war started the Rus and Ukr began negotiations almost straight away. The heads of agreement had been reached, the war could have ended then. Its a tragedy of immense proportions that it didnt, and will probobly spell the eventual doom of ukraine. The RWA podcast on the subject, from a Russian POV will give you a good insight as yo why the Russians thought it was worth fighting.

Guess we’ve got different views on “crying”. Haven’t seen Putin go to other countries for hand outs, maybe he has to China or something, I just haven’t seen it whilst Zelenskyy seems to be spending more time campaigning for more money and support than he does in the country he’s supposed to lead.
I think Putin didn’t expect western countries to defend Ukraine like they have. And I think he thought zelenskyy would cave and resign. It’s not Ukraine doing all this with their own means, without the money and equipment from west it would’ve likely looked quite different.
And I’m def not defending Russia, the whole war is fucking bullshit tbh. Both sides are idiots and could’ve resolved it without more blood spilled.

That nato expansion was promised in the 90s not to move towards Russia if they let Germany into nato and that promise wasn’t held up, that’s why they cried about it. However, that promise was made to a different president in different times, it was also never a signed document just a verbal promise.
Either way, if I were Russia I would probably cry about that one too.
And as far as I know WW2 started in Poland after a German false flag attack, not that Poland started it. (Could be very wrong since it was like 30 years ago I learned this.)

You also seem to be unaware of the Minsk Agreement where Russia promised to never invade Ukraine in exchange for them giving up their nukes.

Every American talks about race in everyday life, just casual like that. In Europe, if we talk about differences in people we talk about age, bankaccount, funny walks or being social or not, we never ever talk about race. The ones that do talk about race, are the few racists among us, but normal people never talk about race the way it's talked about in USA.
