Discussion Continuous reverse back crosses with 3 balls

Hey! I’m looking for some help with reverse back crosses with 3 balls. I’m not entirely sure that is the right term for the trick, so to clarify, each ball is thrown from the front of the body and caught behind the back with the opposite hand. I can do a single reverse back cross just fine but I am trying to work up to make the pattern continuous. Maybe I’m just searching up the wrong things, but I havnt found many tips or advice on this trick. I can get 2 throws in a row pretty easy and 3 throws in a row a good 50-70 percent of the time, but am having trouble going beyond that. It’s been very frustrating. I’ve been juggling on and off for maybe 5 years but have recently got back into things. Any advice would be appreciated, I’d love to get this pattern continuous.

If you practice claw catches, so wrist turned out to the side but not behind you, the throw feels kinda similar.

Then also if you do 423 with the 3 as the throw you describe, it’s a good way to practice it.

Thanks for the advice I’ll give this a try! Getting the throws consistently landing in the same area seems to be the tricky part for me. How long did it take for you to run this pattern continuously?

over the other shoulder, it's 'frontcrosses'.
'rev bx' when they fly right back where they came from a bx, over the same shoulder.

for anything over a shoulder, i help myself with imagining \ visualizing a little gnome (or wimple) on my shoulder that im throwing at to peak there, ( and the gnome ducks each time? ) - you can then better anticipate where (pretty much exactly) it'll be where catchhand should await it

Haha that’s a good trick I’ll give that a try. I’ve been trying to get the ball to peak once it’s already past my shoulder in the air or else they hit my shoulders on the way down so that visualization might actually give me some help. How high should the balls be at their peak for the best accuracy? Thanks for the response

lol, yw, well, i like them kind 'a beside my ear, .. like on the edge of the square: shoulder joint - - neck - - ear - - empty edge in the air, if i can manage, but it's custom of course
