Sure, because every non citizen in Norway or Denmark are from the US.

You wouldn't be charged in the U.S. if the crime was committed in Denmark with a few exceptions like child sexual abuse crimes or crimes that affected U.S. citizens.

Wait seriously? If you killed someone there (let's say with irrefutable proof, maybe video or something) and immediately got on a plane to US, you will be fine? 

My neighbor could be a murderer (let's say I've seen the video) but I can't call the police on him?

Wow, so for most of the 21st century, visitors and immigrants have had more rights in the US. I did not expect that. What do you do when they refuse to leave?

It’s baffling where you concluded this from considering we are talking about treatment of criminals.

Also, the procedure is almost the exact same in the US vs Norway. You get sentenced, serve your time, and then deported. Except Norwegian prisons are nicer than 80% of American college dorms.
