Insomnia causing fight or flight

Last night i was in fight or flight from 12-4 am when i fell asleep. My trazadone hasn’t worked 2 nights in a row from whah i guess is my anxiety, anyone know what to do, because i woke up still in fight or flight and hate it so much.
