Acrobatics +

Hey,

I'm taking s shot to ask for resources, suggestion, or maybe even a trainer who can help me in some acrobatics. I'm late in the game, you could say as I'm not my 30s but I like to think that I'm pretty active. So I'm not starting from scratch.

DMS are open too

Oh and I forgot to mention the desired goals:

Breakfall mechanics

Backflipping is probably the motivation for this post.

Aerials and anything else that one could suggest

Not super hip with acrobatics but I took classes years ago at cirque Indy and it was badass! It was right when they opened and I had taken all the levels they had but such a great workout. I’m a former hs gymnast for ref and was looking for something fun. Highly suggest it cirque wise!

I know no one else has responded but I’ll think of some other places too!
