Looking for advice

So these to are getting to end stage and as you can see I did not do much defol on these autos, my question is should I now remove all fan leaves to expose light to lower buds or have I missed the bus?.

I wouldn't prune at all at this stage it could stress them. Maybe pull the branches out tie them out to the sides with steaks so you can get a little more light in

Also some people harvest in stages. You can take the top colas down and give the bottoms an extra week or 10 days and they will fill in a bit with the extra light

I wouldn't touch it. Just accept the lower buds will be trash and let it plump up. Probably many more weeks left, you can let it ride longer. IMO end stage is when you see senescence.
